FAQ
◆ Can you help with any concerns?
Currently, our Korean-language therapy is limited to early intervention for children aged 1–7.
We work with children whose parents have concerns about developmental or emotional difficulties.
Please note that if your child requires medical treatment, therapy may not be suitable.
◆ Do you also support parents?
Yes. If you would like to discuss concerns about your child (aged 1–7), we can include parent consultation during the therapy session.
If you wish to have a consultation for parents only, we also offer online consultation sessions.
◆ Can I consult you if my child is already under medical care?
Yes. Please let us know in advance if your child has a diagnosed condition and is under medical treatment.
If we believe therapy may interfere with medical care, we may not be able to proceed with sessions.
◆ Do you provide medical certificates or medication?
No. Our centre is not a medical institution, so we cannot provide diagnoses or prescribe medication.
However, we can prepare written reports to share therapy information with specialists in the UK or Korea.
◆ Can insurance be used?
Some private insurance provided through your employer may cover therapy costs.
Please check directly with your company.
General travel insurance cannot be used.
◆ Can you liaise with schools or workplaces?
Yes, we can provide written reports for schools or workplaces (additional fees apply).
◆ Can therapy be provided in English?
Yes, therapy sessions for children can also be delivered in English.
