Our Mission

Who we are
In February 2026, Rainbow Forest Education CIC was established in the United Kingdom as a Community Interest Company. We provide spaces for learning, creativity, and connection — where neurodivergent children and young people are not changed, but empowered to grow through their own unique strengths.
Our roots
Rainbow Forest Education CIC did not begin here. It grew from a small seed — a clinic in Kurayoshi, Japan, where the Rainbow Forest Group first took root. That small beginning has since grown into four organisations spanning healthcare, welfare, and education. This CIC in the United Kingdom is the fourth — and the first to cross international borders.
We believe that medicine, welfare, and education do not need to stay in separate boxes. Together, they can create something entirely new.
"Those the world overlooks most are often the ones who carry the light for the future."
Our belief
Neurodivergent people are not problems to be fixed. They carry perspectives that society genuinely needs.
Neurological difference is a form of human diversity — as natural and as valuable as differences in race, age, gender, and culture. It is not a deficit. It is a different way of seeing — one that notices what others overlook, finds strength where others see only struggle, and holds open the possibility of a world built on more than one way of being human.
Neurodivergent children are not simply recipients of care and support. They are bearers of light — for their communities, and for the future.

Our Team
Our CIC was founded by two women.
